8. Terminology
   

   a) Terminology (single word or short phrases) is deemed to be public domain and may be reused at will by the provider.
   
   b) Translation memories developed during the translation may be reused in later projects, at the translator's appreciation.
   
   

9. General
   

   a) Unless a different written agreement and signed by both parts exist, these terms and conditions constitute the only Terms and Conditions applicable.
   
   b) If any term or provision of these Conditions is held invalid illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
